Patrick Ngoi

Patrick has been in recruitment since 2007. Prior to working for 3W, Patrick Ngoi was a Research Consultant at Odgers Berndston, the second largest Executive Search firm in Europe; an International Associate Researcher at Carrée Biebuyck & Partners, an independent and highly renowned recruitment agency specialised in search and selection of quality personnel in all fields; and an Industry Practice Leader at Phoenix Executive, a dynamic international talent research partner.

Baudouin Serckx

Baudouin has a Commercial Engineer master degree and an extensive experience in Managerial Finance and Business Development.

He worked for more than 20 years in General and Financial Management positions for international companies including Coca-Cola, Heineken, Unibra in many locations in Africa, France and Belgium. From his exposure to complex, multicultural and changing environments Baudouin has acquired valuable cross-functional agility and a broad expertise in business development, strategic finance and people management.

In 2007, Baudouin started his own company to share his professional experience as a consultant. He supported innovation projects with AB-InBev’s Global Innovation Center and a Change Management program with General Electric.

Baudouin joined 3W Group in April 2019 to offer his expertise as Senior Executive Advisor with the ambition to promote 3W’s activities in Wallonia.

Nadine Verbruggen

Nadine has a master degree in Applied Business Economics. She has a strong experience in retail. At the beginning of the career, 10 years @demand side for major distribution chains in Belgium.
Then 20 years of experience @supply side in food products of which at least 10 years of working experience at senior level with significant International Sales & Marketing challenges.
Nadine has been working with a number of International Private Equity firms during her career in M&A’s. She has a large expertise in change & transformation management.
Nadine is a people manager, good listener, approachable, collaborative, strategist and always in to align communication, people, culture, processes, core values and systems to ensure your company’s objectives, needs and ambitions.

Arne Cosyns

Arne obtained his Master in Sports Management at the University of Ghent. During his internship he became passionate about (digital) marketing. After completing his Masters degree, he decided to study digital marketing and followed the postgraduate 'Digital Marketing & Communication' at the Ehsal Management School in Brussels.

After his internship abroad in Mauritania, he started as Trainee Futureproof Marketing at Spring Professional. From there he came into contact with the 3W, where since November 2017 he has been responsible for everything marketing related.

Yvy Jacobs

Yvy has a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology. She is a well-seasoned HR Professional with a Generalist HR background and a knack for Talent Management. She has worked in different industries such as Telecom, Information Technology, Chemical, and Retail. In her role as Talent Manager she has gained substantial business acumen while working closely with senior leaders on their personal and team related challenges.
As an engaging facilitator of Leadership Development Programs across different levels of leadership roles, Yvy has always received positive feedback on her drive and enthusiasm. Customers are often impressed to see how easy Yvy can keep a group interested and focused around a topic while supporting them in building their own insights on the matter. As a certified MBTI practitioner, she finds great joy in working with team members on improving their communication and collaboration within the team.
Having worked as a Project Lead for both EMEA and APAC project teams, Yvy is well acquainted with different cultures and easily flexes between them. People find it easy to open up to Yvy and quickly trust her based on her personality, engagement and communication style.

Since 2019 Yvy started her own company via which she offers advice to her clients on HR topics or more specific Talent Management related questions. For 3W, Yvy will focus her attention around strategic HR matters.

Boudewijn Dupont

Managing Director & Chairman of the Board

• Leads a network of more than 7,000 interim managers.
• Innovates, formulates and implements company policy.
• Is responsible for assignments for interim/project managers on executive level or middle management, for a variety of key accounts in the Benelux region.
• Builds and maintains an effective executive team.
• Is responsible for budget and P&L.

Before taking charge of the day-to-day executive interim management activities at 3W, Boudewijn Dupont was the CEO and Board member of SIM Belgium. He has gained extensive experience at BAN, the Business Angels Network in Flanders, and in leadership positions in several start-ups. Boudewijn is a people manager who has a high-level network.

Kim has a degree in Applied Economics. She has gained +10 years of experience within a premium bank in Belgium. Kim specializes as a business banker in innovation. Within Smart Human Capital Group she is, together with Boudewijn Dupont, the main shareholder and supports the company in the long and midterm strategy.

Marc Feyen

Owner & Managing Director of InterPro Consulting GCV since 2012.
Marc is a Multilingual and Result-Driven Leader with a pragmatic approach providing Advisory Services for Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategy & Management and Restructuring.
Before he started his own company, he worked 31 years for the American specialty chemical company Ashland Inc. and held several management positions in sales, business director EMEA, M&A, Strategy and Special Projects for corporate in EMEA. From 2009 till 2012 he was member of the European Board of Ashland.

Today he is Member of the Board of Directors of Pandion Partners S.L. (International group specialized in cross-border M&A and Corporate Financing), as well as Member of the Board of Smart Human Capital Group NV.

He tries to share his experience in Strategy, Finance and M&A in several Advisory Boards as well as with MCE (Management Center Europe) in Brussels where he is Senior Associate.
From education, he is a chemical engineer and also holds an MBE from the Brussels University.

Bruno holds a master’s degree in Physiotherapy. He has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and consultant & contract management in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry in Belgium and EMEA.

Bruno has been working for global leading companies such as AstraZeneca, MSD, Smith & Nephew and Zimmer Biomet in different commercial and marketing roles with increasing responsibility and leadership.

He has built up strong relationships in the medical community and the healthcare industry, he is well-organized, analytical, flexible, embraces change, innovation and technology and he is used to work in a regulated industry with high standards of ethics and compliance.
Since 2019 Bruno started his own company to share his expertise as consultant in the healthcare industry and life sciences.
