01 Define Assignment

One of our Senior Advisors comes by for a meeting were he listens and together with you, defines the needs

02 Define Interim Manager's profile

The need has been defined and the next step is to determine the exact profile of the potential Interim Manager

03 Search & Selection

Now the recruiter gets in action. Based on the previously determined criteria, our recruiters look for the ideal candidates for this opportunity.

04 Shortlist

A maximum of 3 candidates, who passed our reference check & assessment are offered in consultation with the Senior Advisor and recruiter

05 1st Interview

When the candidates meet the criteria they are invited for an interview by the client. After the interview we give you the results of the assessment. We wait untill after the interview so that there is no prejudice.

06 2nd Interview

You invite the candidate(s) for a second interview where you can go more into details.

07 Start of Assignment

The contracts get signed and the manager starts the assignment. We guarantee a free new search incase the candidate leaves within the first 6 month.
