Function information

  • Main Area focus is the Benelux.
  • Objective is to secure market share and increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue and profit for the organization
  • Work within a high level of autonomy, setting priorities and customers focus to answer on timely manner all times.
  • Ability to travel intensively on a daily basis.
  • Daily exchange with Local Team Izegem, combining customers visits or calls and providing additional informations Regular Weekly/Daily interaction with his Manager and time to time exchange with Team (ie Tech Support).



  • Bachelor/Master Degree level orientated in Construction/Civil engineering – Other diplomas/ Educational background possible as long as significant exposure and proven success within construction industries segment such as Precast; Ready mix or other Decorative/Architectonic.

Experience & Skills

  • Have a proven and a significant & successful experience in one of more construction segments such as the Precast, the Landscaping, the Ready mix industries. Have a very good technical background and understanding of the needs of such markets.
  • Ability to understand and learn gradually well, the products offerings of Decorative and Admixtures products, the technical answer and impacts on mix design and applications that address solutions to those markets and theirs needs.
  • 10 years minimum of experience in one or more construction segments listed above
  • Solid character with an optimistic approach, excellent communication skills and rigorous self- organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attitude for selling approach and empathy with the customers.
  • Available to travel 4 Days+/week in the whole area.
  • Ability to liaise and communicate in Flemish and French to cover all Belgium Market
  • Computer literate and comfortable with Windows, Word, Excel & Outlook, Powerpoint.
  • Fluent in Flemish and French. Capability to exchange in English a plus.
