For our client in the Banking sector we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER

?Mission duration: 6 months (Extendable contract periods of 6 months.)

Mission Context

  • Defines and maintains standards for project management in term of process, methodology and tools.
  • Ensures the projects alignment with the strategy and objectives.
  • Provides support to projects: financial management, portfolio management, resource planning, administrative support, controlling, reporting, monitoring, documentation, knowledge management, procedure, guidance and metrics.
  • Continually improves the project management

Function information

  • Financial Management: manages budget, capacity, resource/non-resource/software costs, internals and externals, supplier contracts, spends, purchase orders and invoices.
  • Project & Portfolio Management: supports the domain project portfolio structure and backlogs: themes, epics, features and stories; the process, quarterly, sprint planning, prioritization, budget monitoring, recurrent reporting, roadmap.
  • Defines, allocates, and tracks resources, works and timesheets across the portfolio.
  • Knowledge Management: manages, gathers, analyses, stores, shares and communicates knowledge, information and documentation.
  • Setup and quality control of Clarity for all projects or maintenance, including gates, phases, and disciplines, support managers on this matter.
  • Support the line, project or asset manager for the capacity planning, highlight capacity issues
  • Support the Fixed Price subcontracting process during its execution – a.o. management of the inventory of On Demand Requests (ODR) and Documents Of Understanding (DOU), follow-up of invoicing / delays / issues / quality indicators, support for the forecasting process.
  • Follow-up and monitoring of budget
  • Setup and management of SharePoint
  • Preparation of reports and presentations on above topics
  • Other ad hoc tasks related to team, project or asset administration


Technical Experience


  • Knowledge of Financial Management tools like SAP, Saleforce & Microsoft Excel Advanced
  • Knowledge of Project & Portfolio Management tools like CA Agile Central & Clarity.
  • Knowledge of Knowledge Management tools like Microsoft SharePoint, & Atlassian Confluence.


  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum & Kanban methodology and SAFe, Spotify and Lean Management Systems frameworks.

Business Experience


  • Basic knowledge of banking services and processes
