For our client in the insurance sector we are looking for a Digital Marketeer – Analytics. The assignment is to start ASAP and last 6 months.

Context of the mission

The objective of the “Digital Marketeer” is to manage and develop our digital presence from a search, campaign & analytical perspective. You will create insights through analytics and initiate actions to improve.

You are in charge of:

  • Analytics (Web/app/experience)
  • Conversion optimization
  • Adwords campaign management
  • SEO

For this purpose, you will work closely together with a transversal team of experts such as webmasters, UX-designers, copywriters, (product) marketeers and developers.

Function information


1. Web Analytics

  • Migration from Google Analytics to Adobe Analytics (part of project)
  • Implementation of GDPR (part of project)
  • Monitoring of online visitor behavior & insights.
  • Initiate improvements.
  • Share knowledge with + training of business line
2. Adwords Campaign Management

  • Set up, manage and report on digital marketing campaigns (Search Engine Advertising, affiliation marketing, remarketing,… ) based on a marketing briefing.
  • Optimize & align between campaigns and distribution partners in order to avoid keyword or channel competition.
  • Manage & develop SEA policy

3. Search Engine Optimization

  • Manage & develop SEO Policy
  • Monitor SEO performance.
  • Initiate improvements (content, technical)
  • Share knowledge with other teams and train them to include SEO in their activity (copywriters).


1. Team work

  • Collaborate with communication, marketing and IT experts, external partners and internal stakeholders. Maintain a strong relationship with these partners to be able to act swiftly upon request.

2. Ensure site-wide consistency in content

  • Give support for editing and publishing content (within guidelines), suggest and/or create new content for the website. Assist on webbased communications strategies and online campaigns.

3. Review statistics and monitor analytics

  • Analyze the website and create conversion paths so that the marketing team can monitor their efforts. Provide analysis, metrics reporting, quality control and strategic counsel on the site.

4. Plan for future changes to the website

  • Next to the day-to-day activities, focus on the improvement of the website as a whole. Stay current with software and hardware that can improve the success of our site.


Must have:

  • A master’s degree
