Our client is one of the largest law firms in Europe. Their core practice areas are corporate, banking & financial law.

We are looking a.s.a.p. for a Business Development Officer/Coordinator ( min 4 month’s)


Function information


Key tasks:

  • Providing assistance to partners for the preparation of meetings with clients/contacts; researching clients and companies; preparing presentations, pitches and fact sheets; identifying actions to be communicated.
  • Responsible for client oriented events or internal events
  • Responsible for internal & external communication
  • Managing the following sector/project teams: Financial Institutions,Energy & Utilitie, BeTech, Hospitals
  • Supporting daily BD initiatives and actions
  • Prioritising and rolling out projects in direct cooperation with the relevant partner and with BD Strategy
  • Coordinating actions with BD Strategy
  • Coordination of and responsibility for BD actions (newsletters, client events and seminars)
  • Managing team and team operations, i.e. daily activities, team meetings, one-on-one meetings, back-up plans (sick leave and holidays), holiday schedule
  • Managing supporting systems such as the HighQ portal sites, Track Records Database, Pitch Desk, IA
  • (Supervising) implementation of helpful BD tools such as the HighQ portal sites for internal use (TOP 20, commercial app) and external use (client portals)
  • Managing expectations, coordinating and executing new Dutch initiatives and actions such as Client Journey, Legal Design, Legal Scan, Innovation Funnel, etc.

Requirements


  • Min 7 Years ( Max 15Y) working experience in a law setting, finance or banking environment
  • Administrative & coordinator
