HR Manager @ Enersol

Enersol is a major actor in Wallonia in the renewable energy sector for more than 15 years. To support the growth of the company, they are looking for an HR Manager ad Interim for 9 months


Functieomschrijving
  • You are an active participant in our people, values and performance-driven culture
  • You contribute to the development and (co)implementation of the company's long-term vision, in collaboration with the Management
  • You will translate this long-term vision into sustainable HR strategies which you will clearly communicate and ensure the follow-up and implementation of
  • You develop efficient HR tools and processes for monitoring and steering human resources management
  • You closely follow the latest trends and developments in the HR landscape and translate them into concrete opportunities for Enersol 
  • You support the departments and their managers in the daily management of the teams (employees and workers)
  • With your team, you will monitor employment relationships from A to Z (recruitment, selection, GPEC, end of contract, internal mobility, etc.)
  • You actively participate in the Quality-Safety-Environment approach of Enersol 

Specific challenges:

  • Reinforce the structure of the HR department
  • Support the growth with proactive solutions to recruit the right talent
  • Translate the vision of the Executive Committee into people needs in a practical way
  • Act as a HR Business Partner within the company at all levels
Functie-eisen
  • You have a Master's degree in HR or Management Sciences (or equivalent by experience)
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in an HR function with high responsibilities
  • You are comfortable with several joint committees (workers/employees) and technical trades
  • You are familiar with the construction sector or the renewable energy sector
  • You demonstrate ethics and empathy
  • You are an excellent communicator
  • You are rigorous, assertive and proactive
  • You are customer and solution oriented (understanding and translating needs)
  • You integrate security into all aspects of your business
  • French is the working language. Fluency in Dutch and/or English is an asset.
