Director Quality and Audit

As Director of Quality & Audit, you will be responsible for quality, audit, and risk policy.
  • You will build a safe and high-quality living environment for our residents, with a particular focus on quality of life.
  • You will have final responsibility for the quality system, internal and external audits, risk analyses, and the further rollout of policies.
  • You will work closely with our different locations and support them with a clear framework, clear processes, and a coaching approach.
  • You will define, implement, and monitor the quality system, including ensuring compliance with ISO 9001.
  • You will lead and inspire the quality team, ensure structured audit planning, follow up on incidents, SAEs, and complaints, and implement actions that increase customer satisfaction.
  • In addition, you will take charge of risk management, both strategic and operational, and manage the internal control team responsible for controlling administrative processes.
  • You will also coach the head of the dedicated software team and act as an important signal function to the CEO and the management committee in the event of non-conformities or risks.
  • You will maintain contact with governments and agencies, work closely with SE Quality, Audit, Internal Control, and Risk Management departments, and be part of the BENE MC and the Belgian management team.
  • You will report to the CEO.
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Your integrity, maturity and customer focused approach drive your actions.
  • You have a strong affinity with quality, integral audits, risk management and you feel at home in a role that combines strategy, coordination, and coaching.
  • You are result-driven and pragmatic in your approach.
  • You work on a project basis, maintain an overview, and know how to clearly determine priorities. Thanks to your coaching & leadership skills, you motivate and develop teams, and you are able to drive and implement change in a supported manner.
  • You communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, and you easily build strong collaborations within and outside the organization. 
  • You are proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, work autonomously, and take responsibility with maturity.
  • With your helicopter view, you are able to quickly analyze complex situations, detect risks, and substantiate decisions.
  • You are organized, strong in time management, and combine a focus on results with empathy and customer focus.
Our Client, located in the Antwerp province, is active in the sector of Health and Social Care since 2005. As the current Director Quality and Audit will be taking on a new role within the company, they are actively looking for their replacement.
