The need has been defined and the next step is to determine the exact profile of the potential Interim Manager
Now the recruiter gets in action. Based on the previously determined criteria, our recruiters look for the ideal candidates for this opportunity
A maximum of 3 candidates, who passed our reference check & assessment are offered in consultation with the Senior Advisor and recruiter
When the candidates meet the criteria they are invited for an interview by the client
The Interim Manager starts the assignment. After a month our Senior Advisors will contact both the Interim Manager and client to make sure everything is going accordingly.
Depending on the duration of the assignment more evalutions follow. Your Senior Advisor is your direct contact person to discuss potential fine tuning of the project.
After the assignment is over, we have an evaluation with both the Interim Manager and the client. This will help us to continuously improve our services.
