Implementation & management of the department Services on the basis of the following axes :
- Customer : B2C & B2B
- Technical: production, HVAC, mobility & storage
- Service: after-sales service, maintenance contracts, CV buy-back, financing contracts, etc.
Position the department as a key interlocutor for customers after the commissioning of the installations
- Develop a strategy to ensure effective monitoring and provide rapid responses to customers when needed
- Guarantee that performance contracts meet their objectives (productivity guarantee)
- Optimize the life of existing facilities
Ensure an integrated follow-up of interventions (B2B/B2C) by structuring the department according to technologies (solar, wind, mobility and HVAC)
Collaborate closely with the other departments with a cross-functional attitude. You play a key role in the market pilots as member of the Product Marketing Committee.
Supervise and coordinate the commercial opportunities of the After Sales Service
Oversee supplier relations
Define and monitor departmental KPIs
Build and develop the team to allow a quick & qualitative follow-up towards the client's expectations
Represent and promote the company at internal/external events based on its points of differentiation (values, strengths, social responsibility, etc.)
Participate actively in the Quality-Safety-Environment policy
Specific challenges:
• Set-up & structure the new Client Services department
• Strategic analysis of the competition to find key factors of differentiation
• Translate the vision of the Executive Committee into customers’ needs in a practical way
• Demonstrate the added value of the new department
