Project Manager ICT

We are urgently looking for an ICT Project Manager for one of our Customers.

It is important that the right candidate brings a Certification in PMI & a Scrummaster / AgileScrum certificate.

Function description

Within the Customer Service department you are responsible for implementing the needs of the various customer processes in the new SAP S4 HANA platform, Customer Portal, digital channels, Energy Management application, .....You can also be deployed on projects initiated within the Department of Data Management - Market Operations.

There are strong dependencies with the applications developed by the other teams within ICT such as Working on Connections, Financial Management, Procurement, Logistics, Data Management,....


Job requirements
  • Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with technical/engineering background or equivalent through experience.
  • Proven experience in leading and supervising projects: +/-5 years
  • Proven experience in technical environments
  • Demonstrated experience with terminology, organization, roles and processes of the PM methodology (e.g. Prince2, PMBok, ...)
  • Proven experience with Agile /Scrum
  • Proven experience with JIRA - +/- 2 years
  • Proven experience with testing: +/- 3 years
  • Proven knowledge and experience of ITIL
  • Proven experience with Confluence - +/- 2 years
  • Demonstrated experience of budget tracking, planning, scope within projects: +/- 5 years
  • Proven experience with external bodies within the Flemish energy market (e.g. Atrias, Vreg)
  • Proven experience in a similar business context (number of users > 1500): +/- 5 years
  • Proven experience with customer processes within the energy sector
  • In possession of a PMI AND a Scrummaster/AgileScrum certificate: MUST have
  • Knowledge of Azure platform: +/- 2 years
  • Knowledge of SAP S4/hana CRM: +/- 2 years
  • Language requirement: Excellent Dutch (European CEFR-level C2)

  • You are diplomatic and you communicate smoothly with different stakeholders.
  • You contribute to better cooperation by exchanging information with colleagues.

Offer

2 year Freelance / Interim Management assignment (440 days - 12 months + 12 months extension)

Start date: July 4, 2022

End date: July 4, 2024

You can be deployed from the different (head) offices within Flanders.

As of 01/09/21 (provided this is possible according to the federal measures) the new teleworking policy provides the possibility of teleworking for external resources. The right to telework is not enforceable and its frequency will always be determined in consultation with the team leader and the established team charter. Furthermore, we expect the necessary flexibility with regard to (occasional) trips to other locations than one's own workplace or, due to certain activities, to be temporarily more present on site.

As ICT Project Manager, you actively work together with the various teams mentioned in the job description part, as well as business teams.
