For our client active in the Service Sector, we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager. You will lead a team of 5 FTE and report to the Country Manager.
Duration: September until December
You will be responsible for all marketing and communication activities (Product Management, Advertising & Promotion, PR & Communication, ...) with a view to realizing strategic organizational goals.
Based on the chosen segmentation strategy, define the relevant marketing and communication activities and work out a concrete plan.
Compiling and implementing the marketing plan & budget, in consultation with the Country Manager. In this context, developing a strong market position is key. There is also a reconciliation with the Regional Marketing Director Northern Europe.
Organizing both client marketing & sales actions, coordinating marketing communication and operational follow-up of the Corporate Responsibility Program.

- 10 years of experience, with both B2C and B2B marketing approach
- Strategic thinking, hands-on, leading by example, also operationally strong
- Experience with a decentralized organization (network of offices), Service minded
- Good knowledge of social media / e-marketing, direct marketing and traditional media channels - no specialist, rather generalist.
