As Project Manager, you will dive into the infrastructure and construction world of tomorrow, more specifically the "Digital Site" and the asset management of tomorrow. In doing so, you will supervise technological & innovative projects - from start-up to implementation - that directly contribute to the execution of the Client's main tasks.

You will be part of a small core team that is supplemented ad hoc with technology experts and work closely with all stakeholders on the future-oriented technological applications. Creating added value, correct implementation and timing are key.

- You lead from A to Z technology projects related to the realization of the "Digital Yard" and smart asset management.

- You attract and contract development & realization partners for technological applications.

- You draw up functional and design specifications.

- You intensively involve direct stakeholders and consult with internal and external customers/partners on requirements ('use cases'), functionalities and technical solutions and take decisions based on the insights obtained.

- Based on your project approach and passion for the subject matter, you guide and support proof-of-concepts, testing, implementation and delivery.

- You bear responsibility for the realization of your projects (added value, timing, scope, ...).

- You work alternately in the office and in the field (during implementation)

- You hold a Master's degree (industrial sciences, engineering, IT...) and have extensive, relevant experience.

- Certificate in Azure Data Fundamentals is of great value

- Experience within government context is required.

- Experience within construction and infrastructure sector is required (context working with contractors).

- You have project management experience in the field of automation and the setting up and operationalization of big data.

- You are eager to learn and passionate about new technological evolutions in the industry (machine learning, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality... ).

- You have a strong focus on progress and work in a result-oriented way, without losing sight of the management of risks. An agile way of working and implementing is not foreign to you.

- You are organizationally strong and dare to take decisions. A complex organization does not scare you. You create a clear structure and planning in order to optimally steer your team and realize the project.
