You are the internal focal point for all quality related matters affecting the program in which you participate. You are part of the program teams, and you work in close collaboration with your team.

• You monitor the quality performance of the projects/programs in which you participate.
• You ensure the interface with the customer for all quality related topics: progress, inquiries, complaints, etc...
• You also work in close collaboration with the suppliers, the system quality team as well as with operations.
• You manage internal, external and supplier non-conformities relating to your program: treatment of non-conforming products, root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions.
• You conduct risk analysis on products and manufacturing processes.
• You organize and ensure customer audits and product audits.
• You elaborate and/or manage quality documentation specific to the program.

Specific challenges

• Motivate and develop the brilliant quality engineers of the different teams.
• Ensure the quality process in a proactive and agile way.
• Promote the internal and external customer-oriented attitude.

• You have a master’s degree in industrial engineering, or mechanics, or materials science or chemistry or equivalent.
• You have at least 10 years of professional working experience in a similar industry (Airspace, Automotive...)
• A relevant experience in Quality is a big asset for this position.
• You have practical knowledge with problem solving methodologies: 8D, 5 whys, etc...
• Knowledge of aerospace materials, components and assembly of structural parts is a plus.
• You have a good knowledge of quality standards (AS/EN9100, ISO9001, IATF 16949...).
• You have the maturity to work on the projects allocated to you.
• You are a good team player.
