Description de la fonction

You implement the Colruyt Operational Excellence Methodology in one of the packaging site of Fine Food

You stimulate accountability and a performance-oriented mindset

You increase the know-how of continuous improvement throughout the organization by training and coaching people with a positive communication

With the teams, you actively support/stimulate /look for ways to simplify the work of the Fine Food employees.

  • You analyze the department performance numbers as well as their existing working methods and point out possible improvements by working differently.
  • You participate to define the KPI’s tree. You implement the measurement of the KPIs. You stimulate the implementation of task forces to solve concrete problems encountered to improve KPIs following the PDCA method
  • You encourage the employees involved and help them to improve and facilitate their daily work.
  • You identify problem areas at the improvement team level
  • You monitor the progress and results of the improvement teams

  • Implementation of the Continuous Improvement methodology in a packaging site
  • You have a coaching attitude and know how to stimulate people and instill dedication and a performance-oriented mindset.
  • Your approach is persuasive, positive, structured, dynamic and sustainable so that Operation Excellence becomes part of the DNA of Fine Food
exigences de l'emploi
  • You have a Master’s Degree or equivalent through experience
  • You have at least 5 years of experience with continuous improvement programs and associated techniques such as PDCA, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, … in a production environment
  • You have a curious mind, are a quick learner and open to new ways of working. Colruyt has developed their own program and are looking for someone with the right CI mindset rather than a specialist in one of the mentioned techniques. You think openly how working methods and processes can be made simpler and more efficient
  • You are analytical and precise, but also empathetical, as you interact with many different people within the organization
  • You are both an excellent listener and communicator: you know how to interact in a constructive way with people and how to get a message across clearly.
  • You are used to working in a matrix organization.
  • Language skills : proficiency in both French and Dutch (70% minimum)

A challenging Interim Management project for an initial duration of 12 months in one of the leading Belgian companies, allowing you to contribute to its continued success, as well as sharing the expertise you have built up as CI professional.
