You are responsible for a team of ten employees. Together, you provide full support to the Fine Food operating unit in the areas of service and process management, continuous improvement and performance management. You implement the strategy at tactical and operational level, take care of data management, analysis and reporting, are responsible for the first line business support for the ERP system and take care of internal and external communication.
You ensure close cooperation between the managers and employees involved with a view to the continuity and sustainability of the business. You are responsible for the development of a training team. This team is responsible for developing the skills and growth potential of employees. Coaching, motivating and inspiring on an individual and collective level are central here.
As an operational excellence manager, you ensure that our Fine Food employees continue to grow and develop their full potential. You provide constructive feedback and motivate your team.
You are responsible for reporting and information and the business continuity process within Fine Food. You set up the performance management process to create the levers that support the different layers of the organization in achieving their results.
The DNA, values and culture of our group are reflected in everything you do. You implement and monitor the group principles in the operating units, and you stimulate sustainable value creation on an economic, ecological and social level with attention to sound and sustainable management.
You take on a pioneering role. You initiate change processes in the group and implement best practices.
You represent the operating unit towards cooperation partners and stakeholders. Furthermore, you contribute to creating a synergy between the management team and colleagues and challenge them to always give the best of themselves.
You work in Halle and can work from home 2 days a week or in one of our regional offices (Mechelen, Deinze,...).

You have a Master's degree and experience in a production environment.
You also have at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position.
Affinity with IT, performance management (reporting), process management, employee engagement and continuous improvement is a plus.
You put people and teams first. You inspire and communicate in an enthusiastic and clear way.
You implement the strategy with a focus on structure, methodology and processes. You always maintain a clear overview and easily distinguish between main and secondary issues.
You have a good knowledge of French and Dutch, both verbally and in writing. Do you also have good skills in English? That is a plus.
