As the person with final responsibility for technical services, you and your team of 10 employees take care of the entire scope of technical management: purchasing, projects, contracts, preventive and curative maintenance, reporting, budget, processes, systems and this across the 2 sites. In doing so, you can call on the many years of expertise of the Colruyt Group and make your own choices in the further development of the business.

In this challenging technical environment from pure mechanics to HoloLens, you will use your experience and management skills to ensure a best in class Total Productive Maintenance level based on Industry 4.0 technology.

You preferably have a Master's degree in industrial engineering.

You can count on relevant technical experience of more than 5 years and at least 3 years in a managerial position.

You bear final responsibility for your team and the entire machine park. You realize that a good leader is at the service of the team and the organization. You create the conditions to get the best out of your employees, team and yourself.

You work systematically on improvement in all aspects. You naturally maintain a good balance between the necessary flexibility and structure. You achieve your objectives in a planned way and you ensure support and ownership.

With your connecting communication skills, you manage to get people to work together. You communicate just as fluently with clients, partners, experts and management.

You are able to express yourself fluently in Dutch, English and French.
